Through book-building and business relationships with our Bankers, we utilize both investment opportunities with Banks, Non-Bank and other Financial Institutions. We maintain a constant touch with Central Banks in Europe and Sub-Saharan Africa, Commercial Banks, Investment Banks, Finance Companies, Corporate Finance firms with which negotiate mutually reasonable loan and credit agreements for Velltant and its Clients.
Our aim is to:
- Accomplish Velltant's central mandate as a Holdings company
- Improve liquidity, operating income and cash flow for portfolios
- Structure Viable business and trade deals for clients and stakeholders
- Raise capital to invest in Proprietary deals (especially bids and auctions).
- Structure moderate single interest rate credit and debt instruments for clients
