Acting as Legal Counsel and Company Secretary is Mr. Roberts Favour, Esq., an astute Lawyer who doubles as Compliance Officer to ensure strict compliance with local and international law regimes, internet laws, laws from government regulators such as the Securities and Exchange Commission (S.E.C), Corporate Affairs Commission (C.A.C), the Nigerian Stock Exchange (N.S.E), the Nigerian Investment Promotion Council (NIPC) and other relevant agencies.
